We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Botanical Styling provides the following services through our website and studio:

  • Plant Sales: Curated indoor plants available for purchase through our online shop and in-studio visits, including rare specimens and pet-safe varieties.
  • Botanical Styling: Professional interior plant styling services for residential, corporate, and event spaces, including consultation, design, and installation.
  • Plant Matchmaker: An interactive recommendation tool that suggests plants based on your environment, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences.
  • Care Resources: Educational content including watering guides, propagation tutorials, troubleshooting advice, and seasonal care calendars.
  • Consultation Services: One-on-one sessions with our certified botanists for personalized plant care advice and space assessment.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice. Plant availability is subject to seasonal supply and may vary.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website, you agree to the following:

  • Pricing: All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include applicable consumption tax. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Payment: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation.
  • Order Confirmation: An order is not finalized until you receive an email confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud.
  • Shipping: We deliver within the Tokyo metropolitan area. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on plant availability and weather conditions. Plants are packaged with care to ensure safe transit.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at info@syntheravionix.com. After this window, cancellation may not be possible as plants may already be prepared for shipping.

4. Plant Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every plant we sell. Our guarantee includes:

  • 30-Day Health Guarantee: If your plant shows signs of decline within 30 days of delivery, provided you have followed the care instructions included with your order, we will either replace the plant or issue a credit at our discretion.
  • Free Replacement: If a plant cannot be revived under our guarantee, we will deliver a replacement of the same species or equivalent value at no additional charge.
  • Exclusions: The guarantee does not cover damage caused by pets, extreme temperatures during transit once delivered, willful neglect, or failure to follow the provided care instructions. Rare and collector-grade specimens may have modified guarantee terms as noted at the time of purchase.
  • Claims Process: To make a guarantee claim, email info@syntheravionix.com with a photo of the plant, a description of the issue, and your order number. Claims must be submitted within the 30-day guarantee window.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to property damage caused by plant care activities.
  • We provide care guides, recommendations, and Plant Matchmaker results for informational purposes only. While our advice is based on professional botanical knowledge, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes as plant health depends on numerous environmental factors beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, supply chain disruptions, or public health emergencies.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
